「We stayed at the early part of the season, so it may account for how quiet our stay was. It was nice to be away from the busy part of Pensacola Beach. The unit was very clean and well appointed. The "Sand Dollar" is very well taken care of by those that live there full time. Great stay!」

「The unit was very nice - well maintained and very comfortable. A few issues with traffic - but it was spring break - so that's expected. Only issue we had was the "whistle". It was very windy 3 of our 4 nights, and there was a very pronounced whistle throughout the unit - enough to wake you up at night when the wind gusted. Not sure if it's around the door seals, or up between the ceiling and the roof. But when you open the door it goes away - so could be the door - or opening the door...

「The property was as described and as in the photos. Everything worked out great. Check in was a breeze. Gated compound is excellent. The condo is at the end of the peninsula, right across the street from Peg Leg Petes. Its located on the 4th floor and had a little balcony to sit at facing the beach. Beach chairs and unbrella were avaliable free to rent. Was awesome. Pool was clean and private for the condo. You can go back and forth from beach to condo in a minute. So cold drinks were always...

「This condo was very spacious, clean, and well maintained. Beds was extremely comfortable and the view was great. Property manager checked in to see if there was anything we might need or problems throughout our stay. Overall we will definitely stay here again.」

「First time going to this hotel. It was very clean. The staff was very nice. The wall are a little too thin. You can hear a lot going on in the near rooms. The bathroom was big but it could have been arrange diferently. The dutch water pressure was very poor. I had to pretty much stand very close to the wall for the water to reach me. There are a lot of food options fairly close. The parking area had a lot of spaces open. I guess there is never enough disable parking available. Probably most of...

「We were not able to leave property by walking out gate needed a key to open which we didn’t have. No clear direction on how to lock door when we went out. Paid for late check out, 2pm and Vasca failed to communicate to cleaning crew they showed up at 945a」
