Maria and Henrique went above and beyond to make us feel at home, they were always available for any questions, and they even brought us fresh bread and pastries from the bakery one morning. 「It's a nice apartment for us to live for few days, hope we can stay longer. The facilities are great, and there is a carrie four supermarket just 30 seconds walk. 「The worst place I've ever stayed! Terrible security!!! We PAID for tge luggage storage sercice but the hotel didn't do their job and one of the baggages is GONE!!!!!! It's so unbelievable! The location is not so good as well, not close to train station nor city center. And the cleaness is a doubt, the bed sheet has some dirt, bed is broken and the hairdryer is not working. Think twice when. you book!!!!!!!」

「Perfect place to stay for a family on a roadtrip. Spacious for 5 persons and parking included. The appartment is quite new and of high standard. AC was highly appreciated in the heat (36 degrees). Easy communication with the host, before, during and after the stay. We highly recommend the appartment.」

「Very nice place. Quiet. Got a good night sleep here. The guy who run this place where also very nice. Only thing is the stairs uppstairs is a litle dangerous for small kids. We put something infront of the stairs so our 2 year old wouldnt fall. If we go back to this part of germany we wil rent it again. 」

A bit far but very nice hotel

"It is a bit far from the Basel train station but the tram number 8 can take you nearby, hotel host upgraded my room to a bigger size on top floor, while you cannot imagine it is a big hotel from outside, good bathroom with enough hot and water pressure, easy to reach most of the Basel old town attractions"
