July 2019

Basel card was included which was really useful. Check in was nice and straightforward. The location was good- just a few tram stops from the town centre. This was a good place to stay for a few days. The room was clean other than the fridge which smelt a bit. The only problem we had with the accommodation was that the room was really warm and they did not have a fan or air con. Other than this it was a pleasant stay.

zentral und praktisch weil in meiner Nähe

全体的には綺麗で静か、必要なものはヘアドライヤー以外なんでも揃ってます。シャワーカーテンがやや清潔感にかける部分がありましたがお湯の出方などは素晴らしく、総合評価として満足です。

Bett schmutzig, Gläser schmutzig, günstige Unterkunft für Leute mit wenige Ansprüchen, Kochmöglichkeit und Kühlschrank sehr schön, Balkon sehr schön, TV Fernbedienung war ohne Batterien, konnte nicht genutzt werden, WLAN hat nicht funktioniert

Clean, nice area, but noisy and uncomfortable

Poor sound proofing. Noisy street, at night, and very loud tram noise and strong vibration, starting before 5:00 am. Not good for quiet, restful sleep.

Asked for the English TV channels to be unlocked .......both to Rent a home & hotels.com .....I had only 1 BBC world news channel out of 249 channels available in English .......I called 4 times and gave up in the end.......

Sehr günstiges Apartment mit zweckmässiger kleiner Küche. Bequemes Bett. Negativ: ziemlich abgewohnt. TV im Zimmer aber ohne Kabel zum Kabelanschluss. Deshalb kein TV-schauen möglich. WC-Deckel lose... Positiv: einfaches einchecken, w-lan funktionierte, gute Lage... Für den günstigen Preis trotzdem alles im grünen Bereich.

Support person should able to guide the tourist.

It was good. But the contact person who was there unable to answer properly and not guided correctly, who stays in Zurich and was afraid of calling him wrong time. A tourist can call anytime for the help.But it was lack there, which took us 2 hours to reach the place from SBB, which was not that much far.

Die Zimmer sind OK. IKEA billig Möbilierung. Es hat keine Reception. Manchmal geht die Kochplatte nicht, oder das Anschlusskabel oder die TV Fernbedienung fehlt. Manchmal stimmt der abgegebene Code zum Schlüsselbezug am Kasten nicht. Deswegen nur mittelmässig.
