This beautiful new apartment is modern, comfortable, relaxing and your perfect home for short or long stays, just minutes from beaches and shops. Second floor, large terrace overlooking the gardens and pool, green areas and the sea.

The apartment offers 2 bathrooms with shower, 2 bedrooms with fitted wardrobes, large kitchen and living room, dining room, large sliding windows to the terrace.

Villajoyosa has a wide variety of beaches, beach bars, promenade, shops, old town, many things to do within walking distance, and just a few minutes drive from a large shopping center, theme parks, several beaches, Mediterranean towns and all kinds of activities. adventurous

The apartment was great - a short walk from the town and sea and with a large Mercadona the next block along made it really easy to get food and drink.The pool was amazing - so big and our 2 children loved swimming in it every day. Sometimes it was quiet and we had the pool all to ourselves. There are a few games and toys to use as well as pool towels, which was a nice added touch. We loved using the balcony in the evening.We would definitely recommend this property - thank you Heidi!

Urbanizacion nueva y con excelentes instalaciones (piscina, gimnasio, pistas de padel). Zona muy tranquila y a la vez a un paseo de 10 minutos del centro. Lo mejor de la casa la terraza y lo bien equipada que está (hamaca para bajar a la pisci, palas de padel, toallas de playa). Sin duda un alojamiento para repetir

Super verblijf!

Wij hebben een heerlijk verblijf gehad in Villajoyosa. Het app is modern en heeft een mooi ruim balkon. Onze dochter van 14 was heel blij met de 2e badkamer. Ook hebben we gebruik gemaakt van het zwembad en de paddelbanen bij het complex. De paddelrackets en ballen zijn tevens aanwezig in het app. De ligging van het app is prima tov bezienswaardigheden in de buurt zoals oa Valencia, Alicante, Benidorm, kasteel van Guadalest, watervallen van Algor, wandelroutes en mooie stranden. Er waren zelfs reisgidsen in het Nederlands in het app aanwezig. Wij zouden dit app zeker aanraden bij familie of vrienden.

Vacaciones de playa y piscina

El piso es una cucada, muy limpio, equipado con todo lo necesario y con aire acondicionado. La urbanización tiene unas zonas comunes inmejorables: piscina de buen tamaño con jardín muy cuidado y con zona para bebés, gimnasio y pista de padel. Hemos estado muy agusto y Heidi nos ha facilitado la salida para que los peques pudieran ir dormidos gran parte del viaje, lo que es de agradecer. La playa más adecuada para ir con niños es la de Villajoyosa, ya que la de Paraíso tiene mucha pendiente al entrar y es de piedras. Lo hemos pasado muy bien!!

Bien, mais.....

Hébergement conforme au descriptif, le logement est agréable, bien équipé dans une résidence propre et calme. Malgré que l'appartement soit très récent, les chambres sont situées coté route et sont mal isolées phoniquement, malheureusement nous entendons tous les bruits de la rue. Aussi à notre arrivée, nous avons eu la désagréable surprise d'apprendre que nous devions payer la consommation totale d'électricité à la fin du séjour. Cela ne figurait pas sur l'annonce et nous n'avons jamais reçu de contrat. Nous avons très peu utilisé la climatisation (5 à 7h00/jour et réglée sur 26 degrés), mais la facture monte très vite car notre conso mini quotidienne était de 10kw à 0,35€ le kw !! Après avoir consulté Abritel, il nous a été confirmé que nous n'avions pas à payer l'électricité (car non précisé dans l'annonce). Cet épisode nous a tracassé durant notre séjour et a terni la communication avec la propriétaire.
