Charming home for a weekend or overnight stay

Good stay and good services for the area. Friendly and helpful staff. Property was a converted home with tons of charm. Creaky floors and no screens on windows would be the main issue. Bed was worn/ too soft for my liking - great location for waterfront and restaurants - entertainment. Overall a 7/10

We checked in after eating dinner at a nearby restaurant. We left the next morning after eating the free breakfast. There were more breakfast choices than other places we stayed at in Chile. We were surprised to be served waffles and scrambled eggs. Even though there were more breakfast choices, overall, the breakfast was just okay. We did not have time to explore the area. The bed was comfy. The room was very quiet. The bathroom has a bit of mold and the ceiling over the shower has peeling paint. The building where you enter to check in had the smell of an old place. The staff was friendly and accommodating.

Discriminación por vestimenta

El desayuno malo en comparación a otros hoteles con el mismo rango de precio. La persona que nos recibió, al momento de pedirle algún dato para almorzar me discriminó por mi forma de vestir, el resto del personal del hotel muy amables y cordiales. La piscina se notaba muy mal cuidada.

Good location, nice room and breakfast. Very pleasant place to stay and everyone was so nice but very limited English. No room temperature control so no air conditioning during the summer which made the room too hot. During the day we didn’t want to keep the windows open when not in the room for security and to keep the bugs out so it was uncomfortably hot in the evenings.

Simples e Autêntico

O Hotel e tipo pousada. Com localização espetacular próximo ao lago e com vista para o vulcão! Há restaurantes próximos e toda Beira do lago para desfrutar. O café da manhã é suficiente. Quarto pequeno, muito bem cuidado e limpo. Atendimento da recepção e excelente! E ótimo no que se propõe.

Das Hotel liegt fußläufig sowohl zur Ortsmitte wie auch zum Seeufer, hat eigene Parkplätze und ist ruhig. Unser Zimmer war nicht besonders groß, hatte aber ein angenehm großes Bad, das allerdings sehr renovierungsbedürftig war (alte Ausstattung, schlechte Beleuchtung, Wanne mit kaum geradem Boden, sodaß man beim Duschen einen unsicheren Stand hatte. Das Frühstück war nicht einem 3-Sterne-Hotel entsprechend. Personal ließ sich kaum sehen, wenn doch, wurde nicht gegrüßt. Fazit: Die 98,00 USD für ein Standartzimmer waren viel zu teuer für die erbrachte Leistung.
