「The woman in the front office was very kind and friendly. She even gave us an upgrade to a larger room at no extra charge. She was flexible and let us check in early. The room itself was spotless and everything worked. It had a complete kitchen with everything we needed to cook several meals. The bathroom even had a bidet attachment which is often unavailable when travelling. The hotel's windows had stunning views of the lake. 「The hotel is a few blocks from downtown. We had the luck of checking the room before booking, and so discovered the small room is really small. We paid extra for a room with balcony which was very nice (and normal size!). No elevator. Parking around the street.」
