  • Welcome to Villetta Lelù, a fabulous holiday home in Villasimius, in beautiful southern Sardinia. The property enjoys a seafront location in one of Sardinia's most enchanting coastal settings.



    The house offers 75 m² over two levels, with ground-floor access, and accommodates up to 4 guests. Inside, you'll find a living room with a TV, an equipped kitchen, a washing machine and a bathroom with a shower. The bedrooms have air conditioning.



    Outside, you can enjoy a private garden, a terrace and a balcony, ideal for relaxing on warm Sardinian evenings. The property is fenced and has a private parking space.



    High-speed Wi-Fi is included. The property is child-friendly and close to public transport, making it easy to explore the surrounding area.



    A quiet, independent house in one of southern Sardinia's most picturesque coastal havens. The sandy beaches of Campus and Campulongu are about 2 km away. Bars, pizzerias, restaurants and supermarkets are nearby.
