「Accommodations were satisfactory considering the age of the Facilities. Stairs were a bit of a challenge but doable. Locating the apartment was a bit difficult to get to especially when arriving late and no lights on the rue are on. Otherwise location was great and close to the train station. Our host was very accommodating once we were able to reach her. Overall good stay.」

「This was a nice and convenient place to lay our heads down and cook a few meals. We spent most of our time out and about. Phone service and WiFi don’t work super well inside (I suppose being in a large building) Communication with the host was very good. It was nice having a washer and new experience for us to hang dry our clothes! Old town Nice was very fun and lively.」

「I would not come here, the property upon arrival had an absolute awful mildew smell in the shower, had had hairs on the bedsheet, half empty bottles left behind. It was just felt so unsanitary to stay here, the host did not apologize however he did send a cleaning crew the next day which I appreciated they then explained that the smell was because of bad weather they had and they couldn’t do much so I appreciated the explanation and the apology from the cleaning crew. 「Location of Aparthotel AMMI Nice Massena is very good, just few steps from Place Massena, with shops, restaurants, supermarket around the corner. It is easily walk to Old town area, n tram station. The only limitation is needing to carry luguages for one floor to get the elevator, n one floor go down to the Reception. Staff is very helpful n friendly to us. 「The apartment is located in a secure building near one of the main streets in Nice and around a 5 minute walk from the train station - excellent location if you’re planning on travelling up and down the coast by train.
