“Carlo and Maria were communicative and helpful from the time we booked our stay. They made sure we were set up with the Venezia passes before we arrived and that we knew the best route from the train station. Carlo met us at the San Samuele stop and walked us to the apartment, then gave us a detailed overview of the area, and a short walking tour of the key things we needed to know about the neighborhood. The apartment itself had everything we needed, was very clean and well stocked with……
