“We booked Ca’Nadia just to have a place to rest between our 10 AM checkout and our 6 AM flight to Madrid — and it ended up being one of the best decisions of our trip. “Had a great stay at Casa Villa Gardenia for two nights! The location is super convenient. Just a 2-minute walk to the train station and bus stop, and I can get to Venice Island in about 20 minutes, so it’s perfect if you want easy access to the city but stay somewhere a bit quieter. The host was amazing. We had really nice conversations and he shared tons of local tips e.g restaurants, activities, must-go spots, and cultural stuff. Felt more like getting advice from a friend than staying at a……

“Quarto amplo, com vista para o canal e uma localização muito tranquila e silenciosa! Com a orientação recebida na confirmação da reserva sobre o local do check in, foi super fácil de localizar, e o hotel fica muito perto da praça pra quem chega de ônibus, e tbm é fácil acesso para a estação de trem. Um pouco desgastante em relação as malas por causa dos degraus, tando no deslocamento como dentro do próprio hotel mas isso é típico de Veneza. ”

“Walking distance from train station is around 5 minutes. This is also near actv station "Riva De Biaso", very convenient. My room is 02, unfortunately it has an unpleasant smell throughout the stay, but other than that, everything is good enough. I am glad that I utilize kitchen nicely.”

“房间很赞，4人间有两个浴室，还包含早餐，虽然没有电梯但工作人员很热情，就是位置比较偏，拖箱子需要过几座桥，还有空调坏了，8月还是有点热的，床很舒适”
