“The property was beautiful and complete with pool, fitness center and excellent breakfast. My only concern was when an unattended dog was continuously barking at 3:30 PM in the afternoon for at least 30 minutes, when I called the front desk and talked to the employee there, they told me that there was nothing they could do to help the situation. To me, that was unacceptable. They would allow an unattended barking dog to impact other guests when the room number of the occupant was known, the……

“The first room we got was filthy dirty. It had about 6 inches of dust on the furniture and the bathroom toilet had pubic hairs and dried urine all over it. It also had an unpleasnt odor. We asked for another room and it was much better. Even that room has a lot of dust and there was toenails on the floor. I will say that the staff was very helpful in getting us in to the second room. “The hotel was very nice. The staff was very friendly. Clean rooms. Comfortable beds. Nice pool. We have stayed here twice and will definitely be back. ”

“Floor and bathroom were not very clean with hair in shower and floors. Dresser between beds had a drawer that wouldn't stay shut. Also the mattress for the couch bed was terrible, not clean and nasty stains in it. Room also did not have enough towels or bedding. Definitely disappointed for the price we paid for the room.
