“What makes this place stand out is the authenticity – you don’t just stay here, you experience Hue. The design, the decorations, and even the small cultural touches all reflect the local heritage. The team adds so much warmth, always checking in to ensure we were comfortable. Other than that, everything was perfect. We felt recharged and connected to the local culture. “Great stay! Ran into an issue with the hotel I initially booked. Found this at 10am and was in my room by 11am. Grateful to be out of the bad place and into such a nice one with a friendly staff. Loved that the hotel fronted a street and was in an area of plenty of restaurants and other hotels. ”

“超级喜欢这里！简直想一直住下去不想离开。”

“So very well located, and the front counter staff are unobtrusive but extremely helpfull and friendly. The lady who cleans the rooms brightens the day with a magic gleaming smile as we ascend or descend the stairs. This epitomises the whole atmosphere at Casablanca; a happy smiling good place to be. Reasonable tariffs and great food at the adjacent restaurant, complete a nice package.”

“酒店服务很好，前台很热情的帮我们订后面行程的车。酒店的游泳池在顶楼，虽然不大，但是晚上一边游泳（一边喝酒）一边看着顺化的夜景还是很不错的。酒店的早餐是我们本次越南之行水果品种和量最多的，我基本是水果吃到饱，我这种爱水果的实在太爽！最后不得不提的是酒店的床。我们订的大床房，是两张单人床拼成的，但是又没有明显的缝隙，应该宽2米，我们带着孩子，直接睡成“工”字形每个人还很多位置。”

“Good location. Nearby for restaurants and mini mart. Local breakfast is much delicious. it charge not too much for our late check-out. Our son dropped accidentally and hurt his ear, friendly staff help to contact clinic nearby, especially thanks to manager- Mr. Anh Dung that help to go to clinic to register number for us. We appreciate for it !”

“Nice and centrally located near the imperial palace and right next to river. It was a great location and they even gave me a room upgrade for free. Excellent staff and service!! ”
