“This property is in a great location and has a wide range of amenities. Rooms were big and beds were comfy. Parking was easy. I would not call this a high end property. Some updates are needed.”

“Unit was clean and well stocked. Location was great in downtown with lots going on. That being said it should be noted there is street traffic noise as would be expected. Also very strick 9:00 pm quiet hour enforced. Units near by have tenants that live on property. ”

“Great communication, very clean, very comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed. Check in was super easy. Plenty of parking right outside our door. Loved the big flat screen TV’s.”

“We loved our stay here. We were traveling to Maryland and stopped here for an overnight. Communication with the host was easy and we certainly had plenty of space to spread out. Really, the only downside is that it's maybe 15-20 minutes off the highway, so a little bit out of the way, but we felt safe in the neighborhood and there is a designated parking spot for visitors. The bed was comfortable, you can use the washer and dryer if you need, there is a mini fridge for holding things……

“The house was very well-updated and the beds were very comfortable. Great location for us visiting family at Thanksgiving. Walking distance to two Breweries and a modern YMCA for workouts. ”

“This was a great secluded cabin to spend the weekend! It was an a short, scenic drive to the AT trailhead to hike to McAfee Knob, which was just beautiful! We even passed some thru hikers on the way back! It’s about 30 minutes to Roanoke where we got dinner and walked around. It’s a cute little town. There’s a great store there called Mast General Store that I got lost in because they have everything! The house itself is clean and was equipped for what we needed. They supplied a keurig coffee……

“Very clean, nicely appointed, and in a good location for downtown activities. For anyone with mobility issues, know that there is a short downhill walk on pavement to the entrance. Once inside there are more steps down from the kitchen to the living room and one step up into the bedrooms. Not an issue for us but could be for others. Would stay again if in Roanoke.”
