I thought the unit was nice however there were some cleanliness issues, staining/what looked like mold on the shower curtain, and the towels were really flimsy and kinda cheap. I feel like with a few updates it could be even nicer but it was a fine place for a few days. Definitely a good location and was quiet.

Everything was perfect and actually more than what we expected. We had been in the area had booked a room at a hotel but then we heard about West End Flats, we checked it out and we were very impressed. On the other hand, we had booked a hotel online and not really satisfied with it. We are, ordinary people, but we still like a room that is clean and does not have a horrible smell.It's just we had booked it in already checked in. It was too late to get reimbursement. It was worth the one time loss. You cannot compare the two places.We decided to stay and plan to go back in the future. Since our stay was only one night they probably had way more than we actually needed. Full kitchen, bathroom, living room and bedroom. We hope that will be available for us in the future. Please don't take our spot.Thank you very much. I was only allowed a five star rating, but this place is 10+++.

The room was in an old government bldg repourposed with apartments. Nice space. Comfortable bed. Couple things...no wash cloths, nightstand light switch broken so my phone didn't charge. Check in. Online check in was tedious

I had a great experience here. Check-in was quick and easy through my phone, and parking was simple with a charging station available. The room was very clean and well-maintained, with a fully equipped kitchen and an in-unit laundry room. The bed was extremely comfortable, the sheets were soft, and the mix of firm and soft pillows made for a great night’s sleep. Temperature control worked perfectly, heating and cooling quickly when needed. The location was also convenient, with several stores and restaurants within walking distance. The building felt secure and quiet, and the staff were very responsive through text and checking in to make sure everything was going well. My only complaint was the bathroom. There was little to no body wash left, and it looked like an extra bottle from a previous guest had been left behind, so I bought my own. The towels were also on the cheaper side. I also noticed the vending machine only had beverages and needed a restock. Overall, the stay was absolutely worth the price. Better quality than other similar places I’ve stayed at. I’d definitely book again... Just bringing my own towels next time 😉.

I recently returned from my stay at West End Flats. I would definitely stay there again and recommend it to others. The unit was clean and very well maintained. I felt very safe. And the building is charming being it’s an old elementary school building. Communication was swift and reliant. I forgot a few things in the unit and they are shipping them to me no questions asked. That is outstanding customer service. If I could rate it more than 5 stars.. I would! Thank you West End Flats!!

Spacious apartment but housekeeping needs work

The apartment has an "industrial" decor. The floor is cement (and cold) and the rooms are very darkly decorated. It had a man-cave feel to it. It was definitely not the cleanest, as hair was in the bathroom in the tub and on the washer/dryer. The floor was so sticky we had to wash our shoes after we left. The bed was extremely comfortable and the apartment is spacious with huge TVs in the living and bedrooms. Smoke detectors were going off in multiple apartments on our floor until midnight - this was unfortunate!

Check-in is definitely at 3pm, just like they say! I arrived a little early and found that the code didn’t work until the clock struck three. Totally on me—I should’ve reached out ahead of time. Honestly, it gave me a chance to unwind for a bit while I sat in my car, which was kind of nice. The apartment itself is absolutely lovely! The space is full of charm, the bed was super comfy, and the windows let in the most beautiful light. It felt like a little retreat. There were just a few small things I noticed—a lot of crumbs on the coffee table from previous guests, no washcloths that I could find, a tiny stain on the sheets that looked like spaghetti (which, if it was spaghetti, sounds like a good time to me!), the wrong kind of coffee filters for the machine (it uses #4 cone filters), and the pull chain on the bedside lamp is missing. But truly, those are minor details compared to the overall experience. The building is so unique, the AC kept everything perfectly cool, and having a brewery literally 11 steps from the room was *chef's kiss*. The location is amazing, too. I’d happily stay here again and look forward to it! omg - I forgot mention THERE'S A CEILING FAN!!! Bonus points right thur.
