Anniversary Stay

Great location, service and time of year to visit. Beach and weather was wonderful. We had beach area almost to ourselves. Recommend staying late October early November.

I want to start by saying the location of the unit was incredible for our family. The welcome kit from the owners was lovely for the kiddos and my husband and I had the bottle of wine for dinner in our 5year wedding night! This place is not awful, but small touches could make this place AMAZING! - light inside the fridge is broken - Water and ice on the fridge are about to go. We got like 10 ice cubes from it daily and the water takes so long we bought water bottles and ice to keep handy - Cleanliness: rollaway mattress in the master is stained really bad, needs cleaning. Was so excited to see it and to use that instead of the packnplay, but opened it up and was not great, red stains - Didn’t let my 4 year old sleep on the comforter in the guest bedroom, adult stains from previous renters, was really nasty to see when I put her to bed night one. - Nats/fruit flies have been horrible in the kitchen, maybe the garbage disposal could use a good clean? We are clean people, I went through two packs of Lysol wipes on this trip, I couldn’t kill them! - Odor from the washing machine smells like a soiled diaper is somewhere in there. I spray Lysol spray, bought the lavender small room diffuser and still can’t shake it. We were thankful we had three other family members staying in A block this week so I took kids clothes there to be washed.

Loved our stay

As soon as we walked in I felt like I was at someone’s home So welcoming and beautiful I’ve stayed in several vacation places that were just so so. The ownes left a welcome “ bucket” and a hand written note welcoming us. It was our first time in sandbridge and we plan on returning

False Cape Escape

As soon as we walked in there was a welcome sand bucket on the entry table filled with cute necessities and a bottle of wine! It was immaculately cleaned. Very comfortable living room furniture and guest beds! The patio was conveniently located right by the pools and grill. The storage locker in the parking garage for this rental had beach chairs and umbrellas! It was so nice. Very happy with our stay.

Great place for Fall Break!!!

Wonderful hosts!!! Such a sweet Welcome basket, card, and a bag of “if you forgot something’s” that were absolutely amazing and yes, we did forget something’s!! lol. It was the perfect for what we needed!! Will definitely be back!!

Private owned condo was great, vacasa grounds questionable.

Our condo was clean and beautiful. They supplied a gift bag and a small bag of essentials in case you forgot anything. Love the small details and thought behind it. The grounds of the condo were questionable. My son and I noticed a rusty nail standing straight up in the rocks near the wheelchair ramp access to the beach. We didn’t feel we could consciously leave it there. 45 minutes of picking up and making five piles of rusty nails, shards of metal, metal scraps, broken glass, etc. onto the concrete beside the building. I understand things happen, but for the amount of obvious debris and such a large amount of it… can’t help but believe it was seen and overlooked for the amount of time that the nails and screws became rusted. Won’t take a chance again seeing that medical bills typically surpass vacation cost.

The place is nice, housekeeping not so good. Tried to go to bed and there was blood on the sheets. To late at night to get new sheets, had to wash them before going to bed. Heard alot of complaints about rooms not cleaned. Vacation needs to get its act together.

They’re Not Kidding

When they say essentials are minimal, believe them. No bath soap, no hand soap, no shampoo. Two rolls of toilet paper, but only about an eighth of the roll on each one. First condo I’ve ever stayed at that had no kitchen essentials like foil, seasonings, or anything else like that. The condo itself was nice. Just be sure and bring everything with you.

Everything is clearer in the light of day

We arrived at 3:50 there was no one at office, but check-in package was there. it was not clear which building was the one we had reserved, and due to time off/ year not many people around to ask, we did fine a nice women that put us in correct building. when we found our condo, we were fine , but of course the cable was out until we called help number

Condo not clean

Patio was not cleaned, carpet was filthy, kitchen was not clean, fans and baseboards were dusty Tv did not work in second bedroom. Walk to the beach was not accurate from listing.

Lovely 2 bedroom unit with great access to pools, gym & beach

This was our second time staying in this unit and we still love it. It is spacious, has great light and has patio access to the courtyard with a pool, grills, tables, lounge chairs and open space. The beach is down the stairs and around the corner and we love the location and the space.
