Sanctuary Condo

The condo was clean, had everything we needed for a long weekend. Enjoyed lunch on the balcony. Easy walk to the beach. Would stay here again.

Convenient location

This condo has great access to the large beach, and the storage locker on the garage level is perfect for storing all the beach items! There was plenty of room for our family of 5 to spread out and relax after a day on the beach.

We had a nice stay without any issues with this unit. It was clean and nicely appointed. Very simple access to the parking garage and beah. Checkin and checkout were uncomplicated. Will definitely consider staying here again.

Nice but needs a good cleaning

Proximity to the beach was amazing. Parking spaces were right outside of the access door. Kitchen was stocked with spices, coffee filters, cookware, and much more.

Great, Relaxing Vacation Spot

The Condo was right off the beach and located in close proximity to everything that we needed. The condo when we arrived was not cleaned. Vacasa did sent someone out to clean it for us but still wasn’t done correctly. The carpets could use some replacing as they are ripping and stained. The place was nice just wish it was cleaner. Some of our linens arrived with holes and stains which was another disappointment but with a call to Vacasa they gave us replacements. Overall we had a great stay and trip just wished it was cleaner and felt more sanitary for our family.

As far as condo went it was perfect owner has everything up to date and everything in working order. The property as a whole is awful. Elevator did not work in our building took 6 days to get fixed. Our two cars were towed even though we were in designated spots and followed instructions. Total charges 285.00 to get both out of the pond 30 minutes away. Have reached out to Vacasa 5 times no response. That towing situation is a scam and I will not be using this facility again and will make sure everyone knows to stay away.

Convenient to beach access, shower and foot wash for sand removal, Restrooms accessible near the pool area. The condo is clean, well furnished, and tastefully decorated. Parking was convenient and the storage locker was very handy.

The apartment was attractively furnished and comfortable. We appreciated the ROKU devices on all tvs. The complex, however, has a chronic issue with the elevators. They have not worked for the years in a row. We took the stairs which is fine except when loading and unloading. The pool was not functional for the duration of our stay which was a huge disappointment. We were not notified of either inconvenience.

Sea Renity

Sea Renity is a beautiful condo! Loved everything about it! Liked that the King suite is totally separate from the other 2 bedrooms and bath. Condo is fully stocked with any thing that you could possibly need ( except for toilet paper). Great parking spots with great location to storage locker that is also well stocked with beach supplies including chairs, coolers, umbrellas, beach toys, boogie boards etc. And so convenient to not have to lug beach supplies up into the condo. Short walk to the beach and pools. We loved our stay and would definitely stay here again!
