BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS Rest peacefully in one of two comfortable bedrooms, each equipped with its own Smart TV. Fresh linens are provided for all beds.
Primary Bedroom: Features a king-size bed, a private ensuite bathroom with a shower, and direct access to the pool deck.
Second Bedroom: Perfect for family or friends, this room offers a full bed, a twin bed, and a twin trundle to sleep three guests.
Bathrooms: A shared hall bathroom includes a convenient tub/shower combo. A starter set of towels, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash is provided.

OTHER INFORMATION
* Linens & Supplies: Your stay includes a linen package with fresh sheets, pillowcases, and a towel set for each guest. We also provide a starter kit of 3 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, 3 paper towel rolls, and 3 trash bags. Guests are responsible for purchasing any additional supplies needed for their stay.
* Check-in/Out: Early check-in or late check-out may be available depending on our cleaning schedule. Please contact us closer to your stay to inquire about availability.
* Community Facilities: The on-site laundry facility is coin-operated. The community pool is open seasonally from May through September.
* Enhance Your Stay: We offer a variety of rental items, including beach gear (chairs, umbrellas, carts), family items (strollers, pack-n-plays), and lawn games. Please inquire for a full list and pricing.
* Safety: Your safety is our priority. The property is equipped with smoke alarms, a fire extinguisher, and deadbolt locks.
1. Keep it smoke-free and pet-free ($500 fee for pets).
2. Wash and put away used dishes.
3. Return furniture to its place and turn off lights/appliances.
4. Lock doors and windows, take out the trash before you leave.
5. Let us know if anything needs extra cleaning.
6. Lost key or parking pass? $500 replacement fee.
7. Max three guests per bedroom.
8. Additional cleaning fees may apply due to length of stay and cleanliness of unit. Any guest staying 30 or more nights will be charged an additional $90.
