The architecture of this 5 bedroom home is fabulous and very unique to our coastal community.

All of the bedrooms are spacious, with high ceilings in the living areas, enhancing the open feeling of the villa. The grand entrance and covered porch invites you inside where you are instantly greeted by the ocean view. Floor to ceiling windows and a strategically angled floor plan make the most of capturing view of Atlantic ocean and our incredible beach.

The main level of Seaside Sanctuary is elegantly decorated with creamy couches and designer appointments, and is bright and cheerful with all of the arched east facing windows. Relax in front of the gas fireplace in the evening, while watching your favorite TV show on the flat screen. The open floor plan allows for a casual ability to join together or spread-out, as the living room opens to the dining room and then the kitchen. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need, with granite kitchen counter tops, smooth cook-top, built-in double oven, dishwasher, microwave, free standing ice maker, full refrigerator, and wine refrigerator. The dining table seats everyone, and the additional counter top seats 4. Enjoy conversations and an incredible view off the deck, spend hours watching the surf and the water games of the popular dolphins and pelicans that frequently pass by.

The First level of this home offers a King Master Suite with a private bath and TV, along with a King Bedroom and Queen Bedroom that share a Jack-N-Jill bath. All of the bedrooms offer designer bedding and window treatments with beachy accents throughout.
The upper level is home to two bedrooms; one a King Master Suite with Private Bath and Jacuzzi Tub, as well as a gas fireplace and a private balcony. The second Queen bedroom has a private bath as well. The arched windows offer remarkable views to wake up to.
There is plenty of seating outside on the deck, with a table and umbrella for al fresco dining, and loungers for afternoon siestas after a day splashing in the beautiful blue Atlantic Ocean. Beach access is directly from the back of the house, which also offers an open shady place great for younger children to hide from the sun and the elderly to cool off in. A great house for a family bringing the grandparents /children and pet along!

The Pool is open all year round and maintained as part of the booking . The option to heat the pool (Gaz only - extra fee would be applicable ) is available ( 3 seasons only...).
WE have outdoor outlet to be used for Electric Vehicle) . There are applicable fees of $150 per week/per car.

Also we offer rental of Low Speed Vehicle 6 person Electric Golf cart (Bintelli) , pictures are posted here. The cost is $150 /day & for the week, we offer $1000 to our guests. The LSV is to be added to the guests car insurance and must have a driver license. Document is to be provided prior to the rental.
If you needed the pool to be heated constantly (daily and nightly - 75 degrees max) , kindly it must be requested in advance. the startup is $650 plus gas usage of $75 per day .
