Sweet Sojourn is a stunning three-level beach house that blends contemporary design with coastal charm. With accent lighting, large windows that let in plenty of sunshine, and a breezy screened-in porch, this home is perfect for soaking in the salty air all day long. Located in the coveted north end of Sandbridge, and situated on a spacious waterfront lot, Sweet Sojourn provides easy access to the wide, white sandy beach just across the street.
An elevator services all three levels of the home, making it convenient for everyone. You’ll also find outside access to the first and second floors, along with a spiral staircase leading to the third floor, offering a unique and fun way to move between levels.
On the first floor, you’ll find a cozy family room with a large flatscreen TV, a wet bar with a full-size refrigerator, a freestanding ice maker, and a bath. The second floor opens into a spacious great room that connects seamlessly with the kitchen, which features countertop bar seating for seven. The screened-in porch, accessible via a pass-through from the kitchen, is the perfect spot for outdoor dining, equipped with a table and ceiling fan for added comfort. This floor also houses three of the five bedrooms: a king bedroom with a private bath, and two queen bedrooms that share a full bath.
The third floor includes two additional bedrooms—one with two twin beds and a bunk room with two sets of twin bunks. A shared hall bath services both rooms. Overlooking the second-floor great room, the third-floor loft offers extra space and an airy feel, thanks to the home’s abundance of windows.
Outside, the home’s amenities continue to impress. Enjoy two spacious tiled outdoor showers, a breezeway with two full hammocks, a grill, and two swinging hammock chairs—all illuminated by LED string lights for those relaxing evening moments. The large floating dock, complete with bench seating, is perfect for launching kayaks or simply sitting back to enjoy the view.
A checkerboard table with game pieces in the backyard adds a playful touch, ideal for some fun family time. The dock, surrounded by rip-rap bordering, is also great for fishing, crabbing, or exploring the nearby canals by kayak.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
