Mom’s 90th birthday

Long weekend getaway to celebrate our mom’s 90th birthday. The home was perfect for our large family to celebrate this special day. Great location and beautiful sunsets. Definitely recommend.

Beautiful vacation spot on the canal.

Excellent holiday stay

We stayed here over the holidays so we could invite our families over who live in VB while also being able to bring our dog from NJ. This house was such a great place to host the holidays with a big group. I can’t stress enough that the sunset over the bay was the real winner. We have some photos that don’t even look real. The house has plenty of bedrooms with an array of bed styles (kings, bunk, double, etc) and many have their own bathroom attached which was great. Plenty of parking and at a dead end which was very nice. Quick walk to the beach with an access point on the same road. Game room downstairs was perfect to keep the kids (and adults) entertained. I would love to spend time here in the summer as well. Highly recommend! Thank you for a great trip.

Wonderful stay

We stayed for a long weekend with family members and had a lovely time. The views are truly spectacular from the third floor looking over the bay. Be prepared for stunning sunsets! The short walk to the beach was perfect. The rooms were as described with tasteful decor and lots of space. There was some minor confusion when discussing pool repairs before our stay, where it was not communicated workers would be there during our stay but the team was able to verify it could be rescheduled. Other small things to note- hand soap and extra toilet paper (beyond one roll per bathroom) was not provided and extra blankets were somewhat sparse. It is colder in the fall and winter months.

Family Vacation

This house overlooks a wildlife area on the bay side. The view out into the bay was nice. Kayaking from the house out into the bay was really fun for our teenagers. The house was super clean and well equipped. Would like to recommend putting in a basketball hoop for the teenage crowd. The fireplace would have been nice to use as we chose this house over another explicitly for use of that amenity. Unfortunately we found out at the last minute that we could not use the fireplace because the propane tank was scheduled to be replaced. Big disappointment for us as the weather was cold, blustery and rainy. We left a day early. Overall, the house is fantastic in a great location.

H2O 360

Great location on a quiet cul-de-sac with easy beach access. The check-in process was not pleasant because the house was still being cleaned at check-in time and wasn't completed until after another hour. After a long drive and with young children, it was very stressful. Also, we had a problem with the refrigerator not cooling. We were not offered any real solution or assistance so one of us managed to find a reset button for the fan filter which then turned the cooling process back on. The pool and hot tub were nice, but a pool net would have been handy to clean the debris out of the pool. The bedrooms were nice, but 2 did not have dressers so some had to live out of their suitcases for a week. We loved the location, and the kitchen was well stocked.

This house was beautiful for a family reunion! tons of space, very comfortable for a large group. Absolutely gorgeous view, and a super short walk to the beach. All in all fantastic weekend!!Managers were super responsive to one or two maintenance issues (nothing major) when we arrived. Really appreciated the local recommendations and lovely house!

See review on Vacasa. Doors and windows full of dirt and bugs. Decks in disrepair with nail sticking up broken boards. Gate broken. Mouse poop found in basement or lower level. Dishwasher had dirty dishes and dirty filter. Mold on shower curtain.

Nice photos; Uncomfortable reality

The kitchen fridge/freezer has an overwhelming smell of fish that’s imbedded into the fan so it doesn’t matter how much it’s wiped down, the whole unit and kitchen area reeks of fish and ruins your food and overall comfort in the kitchen. When we checked in, there was garbage scattered on the lawn and the house was not properly cleaned. There was toothpaste on sinks, dirty floors, stains on the kitchen counter and stovetop, food wrappers in the rec room, and, worst of all, we found vape drugs in the rec room. With little kids and teenagers in our group, this was extremely hazardous. The lower level does NOT heat well off season so we were cramming into upstairs bedrooms until space heaters arrived from the maintenance team the next day. The space heaters could not all be turned on in the lower level bedrooms without the circuit breaker popping so an overall temperature nightmare and we just didn’t have the amount of rooms available that we paid for…. The general manager of the sandbridge vacasa location told me I should be happy with all of their “solutions” and offered me no immediate compensation for our unexpectedly difference in experience.
