Stay in the heart of Virginia Beach in this bright and fully furnished 4-bedroom condo, just a short walk to the boardwalk, beach, and the artsy Vibe District. Ideal for families, friend groups, remote workers, or anyone needing a longer-term coastal home base.
You’ll enjoy:
• Accommodations for up to 8 guests with 1 king, 3 queens, 1 full, and 1 twin
• Fresh linens, towels, and basic toiletries
• Fully equipped kitchen with cookware, dishes, and utensils
• High-speed Wi-Fi and Smart TV for streaming
• In-unit washer and dryer
• Private balcony and stylish, modern décor
Set in the vibrant Vibe District, you are minutes from the Virginia Beach Boardwalk, oceanfront, Convention Center, Grommet Island Park, and local favorites like Repeal Bourbon & Burgers, Rudee’s Cabana Bar, and Abbey Road Pub. We are also LESS than 1 mile to the Atlantic Park Surf AND The Dome music venue
We welcome house-trained dogs with prior approval. Guests should note pet rules: no puppies or cats, dogs must be crated when unattended, and pets may not be left in the backyard unsupervised. Pet fees apply.
For your safety, exterior security cameras are motion-activated and record video/audio. A decibel monitoring device measures noise levels without recording conversation.
This condo is perfect for beach vacations, family visits, or extended stays in Virginia Beach.
House Rules:
*No smoking allowed (weed or cigarettes) - evidence will incur a $500 minimum fine. Please smoke away from the home away from windows or doors and dispose of cigarette butts properly.
*Any visitors must also be listed in the guest count. Minimum fine of $50 per person per night will apply for any undisclosed guests. The city is strict about maximum occupancy including visitors and we cannot allow more than the maximum guest count at any one time.
*Please observe a 9 p.m.- 8 a.m. quiet hour for our neighbors. They are our utmost priority to continue to operate short term rentals for years to come. Noise violations are taken seriously and will have one courtesy warning before removal without repayment for nights unspent.
*Our place is not for parties. $500 minimum fine for parties. A party is defined by any more than 8 occupants in the home at any one time. No refund will be given for nights unspent if we are forced to terminate the reservation due to a party. We want you to have a great time with up to 8 guests in the house maximum, including any visitors. This is a residential area and our neighbors rely on us not to disrupt the community. We want to continue to do short term rentals for a long time so please help us respect our neighbors.
*Please note while the home is cleaned very thoroughly between stays and air filters changed regularly, we may allow dogs at the home. Those with severe allergies will need to consider our home’s suitability for their unique needs.
*No refunds will be given for COVID-19 or weather related cancellations including hurricanes. Please consider purchasing trip insurance that covers any unforeseen circumstances. Please note during hurricane season our area is prone to inclement weather.
*$75 per hour charge for not checking out on time. Please communicate if you need more time, if we can accommodate we will not charge a fee.
*If our property has a grill, please clean after use to avoid an extra $75 grill cleaning charge.
*Ice makers and fireplaces are an extra amenity and no refunds will be given if they are not functioning properly.
*To maintain a fair and comfortable environment for all guests, we ask that utilities (electricity, water, gas, etc.) be used responsibly. If there is evidence of excessive utility consumption beyond normal use for the duration of your stay, we reserve the right to charge additional fees for the excess usage. These charges will be calculated based on actual costs incurred and will be billed to the guest.
*No paper towels or wipes (including flushable wipes) are allowed down the drains. If a plumber needs to fix an issue caused by the aforementioned items and reasons, the cost will be billed back to the guest.
*Guest agrees to complete a third party encrypted ID verification independent of the platform booked on for security purposes. If the guest does not complete the verification or the host is not comfortable with the screening results, host may cancel the reservation with full refund to the guest.
*Any cleaning or maintenance issues must be addressed to the host. We must be able to attempt to fix the issue before offering refunds. If an issue is not addressed during the stay, no refunds will be provided.
*Please note lawn care and trash service may come on the premises during your stay. Days and times vary, please inquire if you need more specifics on when to expect these services to take place during your stay.
*Stays over 60 days will require a clean every 30 days included in your booking fee.
*An application, screening, signed lease and $1,000 deposit is required for 90+ day rentals-please inquire for more details. Bookings over 90 days are brokered by Sojourn Realty.
*Please note that we do not provide shoveling or snow removal. Use caution in case of these situations, as we are not to be held liable.
