There are laundry facilities on every other floor. The people who work at this resort are absolutely wonderful, and will go out of their way to make your stay enjoyable.
You DO NOT have to go to the timeshare presentation, though they will try to entice you (in fact, please don't). The timeshare presenters are very nice, which is how we ended up with so many weeks to rent. We have 4 weeks to rent.
