You will enjoy a prime location near incredible attractions, including the Virginia Aquarium, 12 nearby golf courses and many mini-golf courses, a nature trail with outdoor activities, the Virginia Beach boardwalk with restaurants and shops, fishing in Croatan Beach or the pier at Rudee Inlet, and so much more.

One of the main draws is the spectacular views you will get to experience here. The rooftop deck offers a vantage point with breathtakingly beautiful sunsets and views of the Atlantic Ocean. You can also admire these views from the spacious kitchen, main bedroom, living area, and balconies. Whether you're sipping your morning coffee, lounging with a good book, or sharing a delightful evening with friends and family, these balconies provide the perfect setting to create lasting memories. The living area invites you to spread out comfortably while streaming a favorite show or movie on the smart TV with cable and streaming services - you might as well break out any of the provided board games for an entertaining evening at home. An additional perk is an outdoor shower, so you can rinse off the sand after a fantastic day at the beach, an on-site washer/dryer, and TVs in all bedrooms. The primary suite enjoys a sitting area with views of the ocean, a wet bar, a sound system, and a large en suite bathroom with a jacuzzi and stall shower.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
