Great stay!

We surely were not disappointed. The house was clean and well equipped. Sitting on the porches, we could hear and see the ocean. The house is situated close to the beach access, making the trek with all your beach equipment, very manageable. The only negative was a lot of the screening on the porch was ripped, allowing bugs to get in.

The place was amazing. Very clean, more than enough space to accommodate everyone. Amazing water pressure. Neat telescope for star gazing. Only down side was the beach shower (the one outside) wasn't working. So we had to work a little harder on not tracking sand every where but overall an amazing peaceful weekend stay

Loved the house! Just right for our long weekend. The kitchen was well appointed. Many utensils, baking dishes, and bowls to utilize. That was appreciated by us as we cooked in each night. At first glance the house appeared clean, but we quickly realized this was only surface level. Dust balls under the beds, little dead black bugs behind the curtains on the windowsill in at least one of the bedrooms, and the lazy susan was stuck to the table with something sticky.

Pictures are dated. Seems to be last updated 10 years ago with no remodeling since. AC was not plumbed to all rooms so was hot and hard to sleep. No toilet paper was stocked. Dishes were dirty in cabinets. There seems to be a leak by the sliding door infront of the windows. Screen on porch was damaged so mosquitos were able to get in porch area. Grill was absolutely wrecked; needs cleaned and serviced. Was not fully cleaned, sand from previous occupants was found in rooms. Need more towels available in the house. If you're looking for a place to crash it's ok. But if you're looking for a wonderful house experience next to beach may want to look elsewhere until they up their standards.

Though too cold to enjoy any outdoor activities, the house had all we needed to celebrate Christmas as a family. Just across the street from the ocean, you can’t beat the view. The big round dining table was perfect for dining and for games.

The house is just across the street from the beach, with a conveniently located "walk through" entrance, which is very handy! The house had a nice update for the kitchen... the rest of the house is not updated. Good water pressure. Cool poker table!
