Great location had a great stay!

We really love the location and the little side street that it’s down is right in the middle of everything but feels super cozy and everyone in the neighborhood was very friendly! The property was super clean and close to the beach. It was the perfect place to spend a few days over the Thanksgiving weekend.

Excellent Place To Stay

Property was as described and pictured. Clean, well maintained, and convenient to beach, stores, etc. Beatles fans should check out the Abbey Road Pub only a short walk away. We would definitely book this property again.

Great time on vacation. My only recommendation is to provide at least one beach chair and beach towel. I've stayed in dozens of beach rentals along the east coast, and this was the first one that didn't provide anything beach related.

Great location

The town house is walking distance to the beach and a 7 eleven. The area is clean, friendly, and safe. At first, I had an issue with the wifi and the property manager remedied it right away. I will definitely stay here again!

We did not realize the master. It was on the first floor, and everything was upstairs, and we thought the balconies will be facing the opposite direction not at another house, but very nice place.

Presidents Day Weekend Trip

The townhome was clean, comfortable and quiet. Plenty of room for everyone. Great location to get to the boardwalk (only a block or two). The only minor concern we had was the kitchen cookware. There were plenty of pots and pans - but no matching lids and there was not a full set of measuring cups. The auto-locking door was great - just advise anyone who may stay here - to pull the door toward you slightly to allow the deadbolt to move freely. Overall - a great place to stay and would recommend it as a nice place if you are considering a visit to Virginia Beach.

Overall evaluation

The throw rug in kitchen looked stained and soiled, refrigerator shelves were not clean, coffee pot needed cleaned. The alley looked like a back alley I’ve seen in poor city neighborhoods. The walk to the beach was short but had to cross some very busy city streets in the process. I knew the kitchen and bedroom were upstairs but it got to be a little tiresome going up and down. Overall, the home was very nice with a great balcony and a spacious kitchen/living room area.

Our stay at 410B Virginia Beach

We stayed at this property for two weeks. The unit was pretty much as described in the VRBO listing; however, the pictures provided of the property in that listing were of another similar unit which was a bit disappointing. While the unit was clean and fairly functional in meeting our needs it did have several noticeable downsides and we would not book this unit in the future. The unit has only one HVAC unit for upstairs and down. On really warm days this will be a problem (i.e., freezing downstairs and uncomfortably warm up). Also, the kitchen was NOT suitably outfitted for regular cooking of meals in house (NO cooking tongs, pottle holders or mitts, no spatula, only a single teaspoon and 1/3 cup measuring cup...no othe measuring devices). All that said, we felt the unit was well located for full enjoyment of the beach.

Wonderful home and location

We enjoyed a long weekend in this home. Clean, met all of our needs. Great water pressure in the home. This is a great location. We parked when we arrived and were able to ride our bikes and walk everywhere we went. We would definitely return to this home.

VERY Disappointed

Our experience was terrible. We didn’t even stay for our second night. 1. We called as soon as we arrived on Friday evening to let them know that the cyber lock on the door wouldn’t unlock. Fortunately, the door to the home in the garage was unlocked. I was told someone would be by to fix it on Saturday. That didn’t happen. So we made do and made sure to leave the door between the garage and home unlocked. 2. The stovetop was gross. Not an exaggeration. That stove can be cleaned. Someone just has to put forth the effort. 3. The shower had moldy grout. Also something that can be cleaned if anyone bothered. 4. The PILLOWS on the bed- first, if you aren’t going to attempt to clean a bloody pillow, you could at least put a pillow case large enough for the pillow on it to hide the stain. For the money it cost me to rent the place for 2 nights I expected a nice stay.
