“Lovely small hotel in the small walled city of Bale. Very good breakfast buffet & excellent attached 5 star restaurant. Excellent service. For North American travellers, there is no elevator so you may want to transfer your travel items into a smaller carry-on. For the hotel, please add an in room kettle. As a traveller, sometimes you need to make yourself an herbal tea or an early morning coffee. Also, please have 100% overhead coverage of the areas connecting the buildings. It rained during……

“Hotel was clean and staff was very accommodating. Parking and breakfast included. Hotel is a short walk from the Ild town area. Highly recommend for price point.”

“Près des centres hîstoriques et petits déjeuners très bons”

“I am delightfully surprised that the one bedroom apartment is more lovely than the photos. The photos don’t do any justice of the quality to this well-taste decorating apartment. We enjoyed every minute of our stay. The bedroom is spacious and spotless. Light and charging outlets are thoughtfully installed. Beddings are all comfortable. The dining table is right in front of the window watching sunset while having dinner. The swimming pool is clean and comfortable to dip into cold water during……

“Very good location and friendly staff”

“Allt var fantastiskt! Stort välutrustat rum och badrum, hjälpsam personal i receptionen och mycket bra restaurang med trevlig personal och maten var mycket vällagad med perfekta ”al dente” grönsaker.”

“This hotel was lovely, great location and had convenient parking. Room was very comfortable and clean. We did have a not so pleasant smell coming from the bathroom drain but didn’t make a big deal as it was clear the hotel was aware of it as they had an air freshener in the corner. The breakfast staff were very friendly. Highly recommend the gelato place attached to the hotel! Definitely the best! Would recommend this hotel.”

“Terrible experience! We arrived & found ants in the bathroom/bedroom & hairs in the sink/shower. Called & informed the manager & sent pictures about these issues...I was told 'ants are common in Croatia and don't present a health risk'. They said they would come & spray insecticide in the room and that's all they would offer. I responded that we would not spend the night after a fresh spraying of insecticide and found other accommodations since we were exhausted from being on the road all day &……

“Way better than I thought it was gonna be. Great location and has a kitchen for use too I didn’t realize till I arrived. Very clean and updated. No complaints.”
