“What a fantastic villa, the location was perfect, we couldn't get much closer to the beach!To have our own pool was lovely and it was kept clean throughout our stay.It was lovely to have the welcome drinks and a great tour around the villa.We will definitely come back and stay again!”

“We really enjoyed our stay in Lukoran. Valter and his wife are very welcoming and helpful. The house is located in a calm neighbourhood close to the little harbour and town centre of Lukoran. Our favourite beach was in Muline, blue water and rocks, 5min drive by car and 5 mins walk. Very beautiful! The beaches in Lukoran are also clean and the water is clear blue. For kids the sandy beach is just perfect. Also the playground right next to the little supermarket is a nice target for a walk from……

“Ivan's Etno Houses were a highlight of our holidays in Croatia, being very comfortable, nicely decorated, spacious, and ideally located near Plitvice Park.Ivan was also very able, responsive and heplful - we had an issue with our door knob, and he resolved it no time, living very close to the Etno houses.All that, and with an excellent price for quality.Highly recommended!”

“Irena offers this quiet place 50 minutes away from zadar. As a welcome gift Irena provided a fully stacked cheese and prosciutto plate with baguette. We really enjoyed the our time here with mostly animals around us. The appartements (two bungalows, both with an own bathroom) and the kitchen were by far the best equipped places we have ever visited. Sharp knives, enough plates, bowls - you Name it - All was available. We even got to know her donkeys 😉 this spacious place is good if you want to……

“House is small but layout very thought-out, with a lot of built-ins. There is enough space outside though, and because the property grounds are extensive you’ll have a lot of privacy.”

“Wer Ruhe Mag ist hier genau richtig, Zum Meer ist es ca. 300m. Wir würden auf alle Fälle wieder kommen. der Vermieter ist sehr hilfsbereit und sehr nett.”

“Schöne Unterkunft mit super Lage. Bis Strand war es 5 Minuten zu Fuß. Hundestrand war auch sehr gut mit gutem Zugang zum Wasser. Die Ausstattung der Küche war ausreichend, mir persönlich hat allerdings eine Mikrowelle und ein Wasserkocher gefehlt. Außenpool schön groß. Das Wasser drin wärmte sich gut in der Sonne, sodass das Waser die ganze Zeit schön warm blieb. Das schlimmste war: die Stechmücken, aggressiv und in großen Mengen :) Als Rat: Mückenschutzmittel mitnehmen. Das Hauses bietet……
