"Had a big group of 8 and Needed a place to stay for the night while visiting Antigua, it was last minute. From the pics in Expedia it didn’t seem to be the best but it was the only place I could find to accommodate my group. Location was a bit far from Antigua downtown. Once we entered you can see a beautiful Hotel Architecture, Totally worth it. It was one clean room with a bunch of bed aligned, restroom had like 3 toilets 2 showers. It was awesome! Breakfast was decent price and delicious. Friendly staff. I would totally stay there again for a bit longer. The only thing maybe is that price was a bit higher compared to other locations that were sold out, still, a good option to stay."

"El hotel es muy hermoso al entrar con sus jardines y la vista al Volcán de agua desde la terraza. Sin embargo el equipo de trabajo desde la entrada y la persona encargada de la cocina en específico, deben mejorar grandemente el servicio al cliente. No hay información ni una palabra de bienvenida al momento del check in, no hay buenas noches al entrar por el lobby. El desayuno es hasta las 11:30am y ya desde las 9am no se vuelve a rellenar, la encargada de la cocina todos los días con mala actitud, sin limpiar el área de comida ni colocar más desayuno. La encargada de la limpieza del cuarto muy amable. Aunque fueron muy diligentes en guardar nuestro equipaje antes y después del check in, definitivamente deben mejorar la cordialidad y recibimiento a los huéspedes para que no opaque el hermoso hotel que es."
