「Perdi mi dinero, no me quede en el hotel, el personal que atiende es una vergüenza. Somos una pareja de personas mayores, que debia caminar 3 cuadras en las calles de piedra de Antigua jalando se equipaje, porque no tienen parqueo propio, ese no es problema, el problema es que si usted pide ayuda, olvidelo, haga lo que hacen todos, si quiere, como me dijeron... y si no, como uste prefiera.... ASI QUE SI USTED QUIERE UNA PESIMA EXPERIENCIA VAYA A ESTE HOTEL. Mi esposo y yo preferimos perder...

「Wonderful Stay」

「El hotel es muy hermoso al entrar con sus jardines y la vista al Volcán de agua desde la terraza. Sin embargo el equipo de trabajo desde la entrada y la persona encargada de la cocina en específico, deben mejorar grandemente el servicio al cliente. No hay información ni una palabra de bienvenida al momento del check in, no hay buenas noches al entrar por el lobby. El desayuno es hasta las 11:30am y ya desde las 9am no se vuelve a rellenar, la encargada de la cocina todos los días con mala...

「Some rooms are too near to the street and you can hear all the noise of the passing vehicles and people, which will make you hard to sleep. During my stay, things got worse as a group of drunk folks were shouting at the street at 3:00 AM and it lasted for one hour keeping me awake for the whole time. No one came and stopped these guys. So always check the room before booking it.」

「We found bedbugs in our bed, we went to the front desk to talk about the situation and they did not offer any type of solution, they said the hotel was full and nothing they could do, only remove the bed sheets. Under the bed were dry leaves, mold and dirt, they haven’t clean under it for days or weeks. The shades were full of mold and moisture, awful experience, do not recommend this property.」
