「This is my second time staying here and it’s the only place I want to stay in Belgrade. It’s one of my favorite hotels anywhere. It’s an old world inn that is kept in immaculate condition. 「I had a wonderful stay at the Bristol Hotel. The customer service and hospitality from all the staff were excellent – friendly, professional, and always ready to help. The hotel itself is beautiful, with very clean and quiet rooms that look recently renovated, making the stay extra comfortable. The location is also fantastic, close to everything I needed. I will definitely be returning and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Belgrade. 」

「Location is right at the centre, at the pedestrian street and main shopping area. It is upstair of the tourist information office. On the G/F there is also a 24-hour supermarket. The hotel is located on 4/F of a rather old building, access through a very old-fashioned small elevator. Once inside the funishing is very modern and constrast greatly with the exterior of the building. The room is well maintained and of a high standard. Free WIFI is working well. 」

「Reception services are outstanding. They help and even protect us from some taxi threat. One outside taxi driver cheat me ten times of the fees and did not let me go, but the reception persons go to help and save me after my wife ask help. Excellent services and attitude that I have never seen before in another hotels even I go travelling nine times a year!!」

Check in was easy the 2 guys at reception were really nice and friendly, one showed us to the room and explains how the air-con worked etc. the room was clean and spacious. The shower was a decent size with a big head and easy controls. They held our bags for us the next day as we had time before our flight to explore. We had a breakfast voucher which we could use over the road in the nice restaurant and choose from the menu. I would...

「The employees at the front desk were helpful and friendly. The size of the room is ok. The issue is with the breakfast. There were not enough choices, and some choices did not get refilled after they had been totally consumed by the guests. Parking is free, but bear in mind that the carpark is quite small and the road/tunnel leading to the carpark is quite narrow, need to be quite skillful to get in and out, particularly when you have a big car.」
