Unfortunately this guest trashed our VRBO. When confronted she lashed out with lies and false acquisitions. Our cleaning company's documented statement and photos show that the guest threw up on our couch, permanently stained all our sheets, peed our bed, stained our wood flooring, took over 5 hours to clean and had told me that she had 5 guests stay (although she registered for 1). She never mentioned one "issue" until I asked her to cover the costs of the damaged sheets/bedding. We had professional photos taken the day she arrived (for our VRBO account) so the lies about the state of our rental as well as the "couch in the kitchen" are also 100% fabricated. When we met the guest upon her arrival she had a large cooler of hard alcohol which I can only assume to be the explanation to lead up to the state of our rental. We don't mind mistakes and we always work together to make things right with guests, unfortunately this guest chose not take any responsibility for her poor choices. We are in the process of having this guest permanently removed from the platform. She cost us hundreds of dollars in damages and sadly was filled with lies, deception, and made up stories. Very sad and disappointing rental experience that a grown adult would behave in this way. And if you are wondering the "camera" in the bathroom is a NIGHT LIGHT. Yep, a night light :) Finally she claims to have an immaculate rating but actually has 3 stars. From the moment we met until this moment she has done nothing but tell lies. **Please note that all bedding, couch, pillows, etc have been replaced or professionally cleaned for future guests.
