Excellent every time

This was my family's third time staying at Sunshine and Silos. Each time the property has exceeded our expectations. The location is great, the residence is clean and comfortable, check in and check out are a beeeze, and communication with the host is top-notch. This is our go-to place when visiting Waco.

Felt Like Home

We loved our stay at Brazos. The loft is very well decorated, cozy, and clean. The hosts have clearly thought through the needs of their guests. Location is great and very convenient for visiting the Silos or the Bears.

This was our 2nd time to stay here, and I've been very impressed both times. The apartment is immaculate, the amenities are top-notch and the location is unbeatable. Best of all, the host has always been extremely helpful and responsive. They make the check-in/check-out process about as easy as you can possible make it. I highly reccomend giving them your business.

Close to everything & so cosy

This loft is in the center of everything in downtown Waco. You can walk to great shopping, dining, and sights. My sister & I stayed here for a girls weekend, & it was perfect both in location and furnishing. The apartment is so cosy, which is tricky to achieve in a loft! Comfy furniture, well stocked kitchen. I would not recommend for anyone who has trouble navigating stairs, as it’s necessary to use them in the apartment. Parking is a little weird, but that’s a building issue not the fault of the owner. The building was quiet, felt safe, and all communication with owner was flawless. We would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful property and fabulous location!

My family and I loved this property! It was very clean, unique, well-appointed, and situated in a perfect location within walking distance of several downtown Waco sights including restaurants, shops, and the Magnolia Silos. Awesome experience!

We decided to try something new in Waco and picked this property downtown. We enjoyed the layout of the property, and especially liked that it was within walking distance to so much! CJ was very friendly and communicative, while offering suggestions for local things to try. We really liked our experience!

Incredible property

Fun in Waco

My parents and I stayed while attending my daughter’s state tennis tournament in Waco. During our breaks from the matches we could rest at the loft and walk to the Silos and other restaurants nearby. The loft was lovely and the host was responsive and accommodating. We will certainly stay here again when visiting Waco in the future.

Weekend with my girls!

Wife and daughter needed a getaway. Our first trip to Waco’s and Magnolia. First off the apartment was in a perfect spot. We parked Friday night and never moved the car. A short walk to tons of stuff. We had a great time. You can’t beat the location. The apartment was very clean and suited the three of us perfectly.

Great stay!

We were in town for Baylor homecoming so the location was perfect! The parade was right in front of the building so we had a great view and could go in for more coffee while viewing:) This location is walk to all things downtown and a very quick drive to Baylor campus. The loft is beautiful, nicely decorated, quiet and very comfortable! Our host was accessible for communicating, kind and thoughtful. We were impressed and highly recommend staying here!

Mother/daughter getaway

This was a great location for our mother/daughter getaway. My daughter arrived a little earlier than me and the host graciously provided her an early check-in. We walked everywhere since so many things were nearby. The property itself was charming and had all the staples you would need. Check-out was one of the easiest I have seen and I have stayed at many VRBO locations. This location was decorated beautifully. We would stay here again on a return visit. The host was very proactive in accessing any needs we might have. I can't say enough about this location. We enjoyed our visit.

Perfect Relaxing Fun Getaway!

We needed a relaxing fun getaway and this was perfect. The luxury loft was adorable with lots of space for us. The luxury loft condo has everything you need for cooking. Beautiful relaxing shower! Location was awesome. Walking distance to Magnolia Market shopping, restaurants, cute bars. Everything we wanted was right there. We will be back when we need a break from the big city.
