Fabulous holiday venue

This place is amazing - a great location, a fantastic view, great facilities, and the feel of a warm and welcoming family house. We hope to return before too long.

Polzeath house

House is in a great position, so near to the beach. Lovely bedlinen and the house is well equipped. Some problems with the Tv /Wifi. Excellent parking .

The perfect beach house!

House is perfect for a family or group of friends ... plenty of room, incredibly well equipped with all modern conveniences but the charm of a proper beach house. The views were insane ... no matter what the weather they don't disappoint. Location was brilliant. Everything was as described and Emma and team were incredibly responsive. Will absolutely be coming back again.

perfect location

Very Charming property that had everything plus one of the best views in the village! Only 3 mins walk to the beach, and local amenities. Perfect for walking by the coast and spending time with family and friends. The garden wasn't secure for lively dogs that can climb a low wall to chase the cute rabbits that adorn the fields so they were on leads outside. Main bedroom was really big giving space to do yoga and gaze at the sea. One magical place!
