“Very nice house with open floor plan and lots of light. Bedrooms and beds were very comfortable. Property was close to town in a pleasant neighborhood. Backyard is completely fenced and dog friendly. We very much enjoyed our stay.”

“The property was unfit for habitation and in clear violation of basic health and safety expectations.Upon arrival, we immediately observed:•Dirty, stained walls and baseboards•A leaking toilet•Roaches in the bathtub and crawling on the ceiling above the top bunk bed•Severely stained carpet on the stairs•A broken door knob•A filthy, stained couchThese conditions made the rental entirely unlivable. No one in our group was able to shower due to the roach infestation, which is both unsanitary and……
