I needed to go down to the reception to ask for toilet paper. Staff has poor English knowledge. Food selection was below our expectations. Air-con also wasnt working and it being very warm outside it was uncomfortable to sleep in.. Didnt get any information from the hotel about aircon not working before arrival.. Also no staff about at nite if needed for any issues or emergencies.."
