Prepare to shaka in this air-conditioned villa saluting surf through art and attitude! Prep meals and snacks in the gourmet kitchen to enjoy on the lanai. Then retreat to themed-motif bedrooms. Touches include a laundry room and master bath with separate shower and tub. Bonus: Guests of this unit are entitled to special VIP golf rates at nearby Waikoloa Beach and Kings' Golf Course, simply inquire at the front desk! Amid 29-acres stretching along Waikoloa’s Beach Course and the Pacific, Hali`i Kai indulges with a cascading pool, restaurant and fitness cabana. Enjoy Waikoloa Resort’s ocean excursions, hiking trails, shopping, dining and beautiful sunsets.

A 3-night minimum is required for arrivals from January 3 - December 25. A 5-night minimum stay is required for arrivals from December 26 - January 2.

Loved it! Great location - comfortable!

We really enjoyed our stay. The condo is a great first floor unit - close to the pool club and in a quiet area. Best part is that even tho it is not beach front, you can see the ocean from the patio :). We had issues with the bath tub in one of the showers clogging. We asked the check in people if they could clear it and they did immediately which was so nice but it clogger right back up. Otherwise, terrific stay in a well stocked, comfortable condo. Thank you.

needs an update

The complex is gorgeous. Our unit was dark and really needs to be updated. Furniture is very uncomfortable as is the Master Bed. Paint is old and needs refreshing. As for the pool area... its so nice, however, if you don't get there by 9 am forget about getting a lounge chair near the pool. Not nearly enough lounge chairs for the amount of people in the complex. Love that they play music and some hawaiian music especially at the pool/restaurant area.

comfortable, clean and roomy

Great location and very nice unit. plenty of room to spread out and lovely to sit on lanai. Well-equipped kitchen and even some snorkeling and boogie board items. Path near cliffs very beautiful and conviently located by outdoor malls for quick groceries/dining. No walkable beach, but that is pretty standard for many lovely areas on Big Island. Recommend!
