"The grounds are stunning, the pool was well maintained and ocean views are breathtaking. The staff were attentive and helpful. The rooms are comfortable and clean. The location is great if you are planning to spend time on the north and south shores, helps reduce driving times if you are planning to be very active! "
"Very accomdating. We had fresh towel, plates and silverware for our cottage. Literally any request asked and it was fulfilled within 15 minutes. Fun activities onsite. Great for any type of experience...family, honeymoon or a girls trip. Luau was fantastic and the food was plentyful and delicious. Great location. Very happy with our choice to stay here! Would definatley stay again!"
"Room had a roof leak which soaked our room floor we didn’t notice at first and laid our bags down as we walked in and completely soaked our stuff. The pool was nice great location, parking is terrible. The front entrance of the resort was under construction and everything was just very outdated for the price you pay. Great location though. "
"I was in unit 321 and had a view of the ocean. It was a nice view for a view room.
Pros: great location, it is a pretty property right next to the ocean and a 5 mile walking path, next to the marketplace with shops and restaurants, comfortable bed, great amenities that included a microwave, coffee maker, toaster oven, utensils, plates, cups, glasses, mini refrigerator, nice big tv, the room was clean, the staff at the front desk was friendly and helpful. The water may be to rough to swim at that beach but there is a better beach close by that would be good.
Cons: the rooms need updating, and maintenance on the paint and bathroom vanity, the lighting is poor, the hand rail on the lanai was thick so I could not see the ocean when I sat outside,

"Best resort!!! Kids had a blast in the lazy river pool and the 3 hot tubs! BBQs on site. Gorgeous beach with in steps of resort. Restaurant was great. Highly recommend this place. "
"Wonderful staff and wonderful stay.
The key feature is the use of the shuttle van - Keith was fantastic and took me to Limahuli Gardens, to Hanalei for dinner, and to the farmers market on Saturday morning which meant I didn't have to hunt for parking in any of those locations.
The restaurant - Gaia - is now open. The food was really good - I liked the ube manapua and you can't go wrong with Unko's chicken. The service was a little slow, but I think the restaurant had only been open for about a week. Just a note - it was BYOB at the time that I went there. "
