"This hotel is amazing, the location is perfect. You can walk to everything Waikiki. The staff in friendly and kind. The check-in line can get backed up. I had the loyalty program so I got in the short line. Worth the wait though. My only complaint is the chairs at the pool. It looks like roughly 30-40% of the pool chairs are only occupied by towels, it would be nice to have it monitored, dealt with that and unused chairs could be freed up. I know that's tricky but anything may help."
