“Beautiful beach huts, in a stunning quiet bay. Kiera was a fantastic host, providing water, milk and freshly picked bananas! Kayaks and SUPs available. Beach houses are mostly well equipped. I'd recommend either visitors to bring or property to provide: large black bin bags, as all rubbish must be taken off the island with you, towels (no hand towels in property) and same with soap/shower gel. Was a lovely stay and would definitely go again! ”

"Extremely disappointed about being charged on a minibar item after my departure from Auckland, without prior clarification. Only got an email informing me my credit card was charged. At the time of checkout I explicitly stated that no minibar items were consumed when asked. Felt utterly insulted and robbed when they charged me afterwards, and their behaviour makes me wonder that the hotel could basically charge you on anything after checkout. Would not have noticed if I didn't check my email. Although a refund was processed after I emailed the hotel, the incident reflects very poor staff management and administration. Very shocked something like this could happen at a hotel like Park Hyatt. The hotel is very well maintained physically but no customer would ever want to go encounter such a disrespectful event no matter how nice the hardware is. "
