The person at the reception was rude and was very argumentative about the check in time after I proofed her wrong and she diverted to impose to sign the reservation……horrible bad! The next surprise was that we had to get our luggage back in to the car and had to drive to an offsite location/biopsy not as advertised. We had to go 2 floors up to enter the two rooms we booked. "Das Geländer im Schwimmbad müsste gestrichen werden. Die Duschhalterung Zimmer 73 ist defekt. Es war aber sehr schön und es hat uns sehr gefallen. Vielen Dank."
