“The staff at the front desk was super friendly,professional,courteous..thank yoi”

“They gave our room away upon arrival and put us in a room with only one bed when we needed two beds, the room they put us in, had no working toilet and told us that they did not have an on-site maintenance staff to come and fix it or an available room to move us to, and the air-conditioning in our room was broken. The only thing good about this day was the front desk woman was sweet as can be! ”

“The breakfast was excellent. My room had ants, there was a corkscrew but no wine glasses, there was an empty paper towel roll in the galley kitchen, there were two soaking wet dish towels on the counter and no clean dish towels, anywhere. In the little living room, there were no lights. It was dark if you wanted to read or do you work, etc. The property was OK lots of places to walk which was nice.”

During our first night, we experienced some noise from the room upstairs, but the staff responded promptly and worked hard to resolve the issue, which we truly appreciated. The location is very convenient, with plenty of stores and restaurants nearby. We would definitely stay here again.”

“We traveled with our 2 young elementary aged kids and they had a fantastic time. Nice warm pool (would have been nice if the hot tub was repaired and working). No microwave in rooms but one in the lobby (a small inconvenience). The movies and Mall right across the street and city dock 10 mins away. Prime location!”

“Overall: For the sake of your physical and mental well-being, do NOT choose this hotel!! Reasons: Cleanliness： The bedsheets were filthy, covered in stains, and hadn't even been properly fitted — the exposed parts of the mattress were covered in black grime. Overall cleanliness was severely lacking. Facilities: The hotel's facilities were in terrible condition. As soon as we entered the room, we noticed the curtains were broken. We took a photo and informed the front desk, but they didn't……

“The tv cable has to be extended. I have to move tv to connect the tv cable”

“No bar. No shops nearby. Bathroom very shabby. No soap holder, tile on shower and bathroom floor rusted and cracked, carpet in room stained and looked dirty. Don't care about nearby shops--room was very shabby and dingy.”
