「Sehr gute Lage und alles sauber. Garage zu teuer (17). Außerhalb des Hotels gibt’s aber Parkplätze. Die Musik in den öffentlichen Bereichen schrecklich. Nur bumm bumm und Rap. Sehr schöne Dusche. Auch Handtuchhaken sind da, jedoch keine Aufhänger an den Handtüchern. Zu wenig Licht im Bad. Frühstück geht so einigermaßen, die Rühreier wässrig, wahrscheinlich Tetrapack. Die Handwerker müssten mal durchgehen, z.B. die Haltegriffe im Aufzug wackelig, ebenso der Kosmetikspiegel im Bad.」

「Everything is fine but only boiling water machine is damage and hotel have not other for change. Especially the reception staff said we can have free hot tea or hot water can get from hotel restaurant. That reasonable. Very good. Strongly shower power and hot water.」

「The location is a bit far away from city center, which means that you have a relaxing and quiet environment to enjoy. Room size is quite big, can fit in a family of 4 without any problem. The only down side is there is no fridge and water boiler inside the room.」

「In checking out day at 5:20 am I was ready to check out, but it was locked in your reception floor and also was locked in the hotel gate. Due to my train time is 6:00am, I knocked the door and phoned receptionist but terribly there is no person received. I don’t know how to contact with you and I don’t understand why there is no service clerk in your hostel? No instruction to us where to put the room card and how to leave hotel! Finally, I checked the fire instructions and found another exit at...

「Check in was a bit frustrating cause we were asked to scan the QR code to fill out our personal information online but the process wasn't smooth. We had to try several times and finally did it with a traditional way - paper form. The lady at breakfast was SUPER NICE!! She welcomed us with greetings and English. Always make sure if we have everything we need. Always smiling when she is working! A big thumb to her!!」
