「Overall r good, clean room, clean public area, only the staffs r cold, especially the breakfast staff. Don't care, don't talk, don't ask. If you are not seat in for breakfast, don't pay...nobody care and nobody check. 」

「Check in was a bit frustrating cause we were asked to scan the QR code to fill out our personal information online but the process wasn't smooth. We had to try several times and finally did it with a traditional way - paper form. The lady at breakfast was SUPER NICE!! She welcomed us with greetings and English. Always make sure if we have everything we need. Always smiling when she is working! A big thumb to her!!」

「We did not take advantage of the breakfast. We left the location. It was quiet away from all the business. Great shopping. Just ride around the block about a 7 to 8 minute walk to the old town. The rooms were quirky but big and spacious. We had big windows we could open for ventilation. AC does not seem to work as was our experience at every hotel throughout Germany. I would recommend this place.」

「We had a wonderful stay at the Burghotel-das Original. Vanessa and staff were welcoming and attentive. Our room was clean and comfortable. The bathroom a bit small but met our needs. We were on the top floor (72 steps one way) so if you have mobility issues please let Vanessa know. She will do her best to make accommodation and one side hotel has an elevator. I climbed those steps and it was worth every one. The Gatsby bar at night after a day of sightseeing or Christmas Market before tackling...
