At checkin I was told the room we reserved and paid for wasn’t available. I was told I needed to talk with the “3rd party” to cancel the reservation. After much back and forth, the staff member told us the room was available. I’m a Hilton Honors member and never experienced anything like this before.

When I first booked the property I had looked at what’s to expect and the oil was one of the reason why I picked it and I get there and the pool don’t work also I payed for breakfast and the manager had put on the voucher for 4 when I checked in and this morning the front desk said that the voucher only covers 2 people I had to pay for the other 2 I believe that’s all faults advertisement

The bed was so hard and the pillows went flat as soon as you put your head on them.
