Newly Remodeled 2 bedroom 1.5 bath with Captivating Ocean Views! Single level home nestled into the hillside with Pacific Ocean views. Vaulted tongue & groove knotty pine ceilings. Open floor plan with 6 large picture windows overlooking Ocean. Expansive deck to sit out on and enjoy relaxing ocean breezes in a tranquil forest setting. Easy beach access just across the road in front of the house with miles of sandy beach stretching north to Waldport and south to Yachats.

It is lovely, well equipped. Loved the wrap around porch, sitting outside, my dog safe to roam around. the great windows provided 24/7 watch of the ocean! My 2nd time there. I love that the TV was fixed so I could watch a couple of movies.

Beach paradise

This was our 4th stay here and it was beautiful as always. Great location for the beach with a short walk across the 101. The house is clean, today and well stocked in a quiet location. Be sure to check out Thors Well and Yaquina head tide pools

Very Comfortable and Great Views

This house was so comfy and cozy! It has everything you need for a relaxing stay. The view of the ocean are amazing - we saw sea lions and whales from the window! The beach access is close and easy, then you have miles and miles of beach to explore. The communication with Ocean Odyssey was a little sketchy - the resevation payments and communications required multiple calls from us to get sorted out. I think they could definitely improve their communication. It would nice if they left some cleaning products available for use while we stayed there. Simple things like cleaning spray for the kitchen and bathrooms would be helpful.

All Decked Out surpassed my expectations.

This is by far the best vacation rental I have stayed in. I loved the floor to ceiling windows, the beautiful ocean views, the quiet forest with deer, and the super long sandy beach! I will certainly return for another vacation!

All Decked Out in Waldport, OR

My wife and dog and I enjoyed our week at the property. We came from 110 degrees in Las Vegas to 61 degrees in Waldport so virutally everything was different from where we live...the weather, the ocean, the foliage, the seafood, etc. so it was a great change of pace. We especially liked the fenced back yard for our dog to do its business. This was our first VRBO experience and I would strongly consider doing another VRBO rental.It was a very long drive from Vegas, so I don't think I would chose Waldport next time. All in all it was a great experience, and although the property and furniture are older, it was first rate.

A memorable vacation!

This rental was truly a gem! The neighborhood was quiet and the beach access was amazing. The home was very clean and beautiful with stunning views of the ocean! Location is great as well with lots to explore in Yachats and Newport. This home is by far the best vacation rental we've stayed in, and will definitely be back again!

Perfect location for exploring the Oregon coast

this is our third time staying here and it was great as usual. The house has wonderful views of the ocean and is in a quiet neighborhood . Beach access is super easy, just across the 101, which can be busy but is manageable. Easy access to Cape perpetua and Newport Beds are comfy, great shower and wonderful deep bath tub. House was clean with plenty of supplies. One request, would be a kettle for the tea drinkers. Looking forward to returning

Excellent Service by Property Mngmt.

My visit was during winter which means cold and rainy so outside deck or beach wasn't possible to enjoy. The view, however, is excellent and the property was fairly clean. The house itself was very cold when I arrived and it took a bit to heat with the electric type floor heaters, but once heated I was able to control temperature better throughout my stay. Kitchen was well stocked and had everything I needed. The only negatives were quite a bit of dust under the bed (not good for allergies) and the outside trash cans were full to the rim, so emptying my trash was not possible. The best part of my stay was the service I received from Katy, the property manager contact. She was EXCELLENT!! She addressed all questions and concerns from the time of booking through the end of my stay with professionalism, kindness and efficiency. Any issue I had (including the trash situation) was taken care of immediately. I would stay here again if only for the service of the property managment company.

Comfy house, great neighborhod

We loved this house, it was perfect for 2 of us and our dog with the fenced front yard. The views from the deck and house are breathtaking. We loved being able to walk to the beach. I found the checkout process to be off-putting; to be responsible for doing laundry, dishes, and trash removal after paying such steep cleaning & other fees. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

Gorgeous view

The view was outstanding, the house large and clean. I do wish that I knew before I rented it that the driveway was extremely steep. I hadn't known that it would be a hard climb from the road to the house. I'm a very bad car backer so had to park at the bottom and walk up. I'm 85 and up and down the drive to walk my dog, go to the beach etc was a real challenge. Maybe an addition to the description of the property about ease of getting in and out would help the next renter.

Close to the beach

Very nice property in woods 5 minutes' walk from wonderful beach. Very quiet & peaceful despite being only 100 yards or so from 101. Clean and comfortable for 2 people (family bathroom was en-suite with master bedroom). Lots to do in smallish nearby towns and great scenic beauty. Property was fairly well equipped, everything needed was there although some items had seen better days. The view of the sea through the trees was outstanding and this alone was worth the journey!

This home was comfortable and cozy. I enjoy the open living and kitchen area with large windows that overlook the ocean. If you have a pet plenty of enclosed space outside for the dog to roam, take care of their business and be safe all at the same time. King bed was cozy and comfortable. The living room was comfortable and furniture was easy to move if needed. Beside salt and pepper make sure you bring your own spices to cook with because prices are high at the grocery store.
