“This hotel is located at the lake shore, has very good views of the lake and the mountains. It is very clean. The best of it is that the staff are very friendly and nice. I couldn’t find my passport in my room and I had to take my excursion to the Perito Monera Glacier. I told the staff if anyone found my passport and gave it to them. They said no. But they also helped me calling the restaurant that I had my dinner last night but the restaurant didn’t open until noon. They told me if they found……

“Pros:
- Staff are friendly and helpful
- Breakfast is great
- Fully functional kitchen
- Hostel is generally clean and cozy
- Close to city centre
Cons:
- Wifi is only working in common area. Not working at all in the rooms
- You need to turn the water on for 5 mins before the hot water comes. We had cold shower on the first day. Shower is quite weak.
- There is no trash bin or even plastic bag in the room which is quite inconvenient.
