「The room and location are quite nice. But the elevator was broken, bed was hard and made loud noises, no breakfast appeared eventhough we requested delivery. Also, sound proofing is poor and unfortunately for us, the people in the room next to us had a loud drinking party till 4:30am and there was no one for us to call to complain to.」

「The apartment itself was amazing, great view, clean and tidy. I had to ask 3 times for a roll out bed before we arrived as although the booking always for 2 adults and 2 kids, we had a 14 year old girls and 8 year old boy so sharing a double sofa bed wasn’t appropriate. The neighbourhood it sits in doesn’t have much around. It’s a little way away from the centre which we didn’t mind when we booked. The issue we did have was that a lot of Ubers refused to take us anywhere as there was 4 of us....

「El edificio entero huele genial y las habitaciones también está muy limpias y olía muy bien. Dispones de aparcamiento fuera reservado para los apartamentos nosotros aparcamos en la misma puerta y de garaje subterráneo pero no recomiendo su uso ya que siempre había un coche aparcado en frente impidiendo el acceso y la salida. Dispones de nevera propia, cafetera (solo con café no hay azúcar ni leche) y de microondas. Calidad precio muy bien.」

「Could not fault the service or the accommodation provided. I had an issue with the lock (my issue as I was doing it wrong!) and had excellent communication to fix it. I would say check in with the accommodation holders ahead of time as it’s a self check in property and can be confusing 」

「The apartment is a nice modern room. Comfortable bed and sofa. Good quality furnishings. The location is a quiet residential neighborhood and a fair walk from local amenities. Staff were responsive and helpful. The mention of a pool (emphasized in photographs) and fitness center are misleading. They are not on site but a 10 minute walk away and payable as extra. As a result I did not use them.」

「The place of lovely and well organised. My only (important) comment is the contradiction on the hotel.com website page for the property and the automated messaging in respect of available parking. We chose the place because it indicated parking was available on the booking page but then the automated messaging after said it wasn’t. As it happens you can easily park in the neighbourhood paying a most 12USD public parking fee via applepay for 24 hours but we didn’t know that until we arrived and...
