“Just one thing want to be aware of they have a carpark on their website indication. but actually they hasn't included free carpark - If you traveling by car, please search the car park nearby hotel, they would suggest you could park on the street parking nearest hotel. but that is not free and not easy to find. Another thing need to be addressed is the check out time is wrong on their website. It is 11am need to be returned the room, however in the website is indicates the check out time is……

“The hotel is nearby the West Ealing station, which can head to the airport directly within 30 minuets. The staffs are good. There is a outdoor restaurant inside the hotel, which looks great but we did not try it yet. Overall, it is a good stay.”

Great bargain for what you paid, especially in London where some budget chains without en-suite showers may charge you that much or more”

“This place is a pit. Fairly clean but ladies room on 1st floor had window cracked, water pooled in one of the sinks with the stopper in and a million dead mosquitoes - ugh. There is no-one there to check you in, (guess htat;s "hip" now?), you either do "self check-in" at a walk-up machine or ring a buzzer for an employee. No phone in room to call for help. Every time we had an issue in room, back down to ring the buzzer. To be fair, the staff tried to be accomodating. May 22 was high……

“Booked two rooms for me and a colleague for a three night business trip. Arrived and was told we only had one room, had to show proof two rooms booked. Everything in the room was dirty / grimy / sticky, there was a layer of dust on every surface, rubbish on the floor, rubbish in the tea bag pot. The television remote control was disgusting, completely gunged up with grime. The carpet was very dirty around the edges - dust and rubbish, skirtings had a thick layer of dirt and dust.
