The check-in process was smooth and efficient, we had to leave our luggage with Queenie because we wanted to try their famous Chinese cuisine when we arrived and she assured us that our luggage will be delivered and taken care of seamlessly. "Room was clean and spacious, with thoughtful touches like eye masks, insect repellent and room freshener, as well as espresso-based coffee and tea in the lobby throughout the day. Large, well-lit mirrors meant we could get ready with ease. Guest discount within hotel’s mall allowed for a more-than-valuable meal at Taotaoju. Walkable and convenient location to many other great eating spots and landmarks. Highly recommend!"
