"When I arrived it was only one staff who was over worked. You could see that he was overwhelmed. When I checked in got into to my room it wasn't cleaned, bedding on the floor no trash bags in the trash cans the room a mess. Then when I reported it was more like "let me see if I can upgrade you, the upgrade was going to be a single and a roll bed- not an upgrade!"

"Check in was quick and easy, the hotel is clean, and everyone on staff was friendly and helpful."

"Horrible! Found a live bed bug crawling! Front desk came to the room, picked it up with a key card, then proceeded to toss it out into the hallway. When I caught him doing this he acted as if he stepped on it and killed it. I immediately told him I was leaving the property. Requested a refund and was told a manager would be contacting me. After a week, they decided they would not give me a refund but 50% off my next stay! Unreal! Do not stay here! "

"Was great came from out of state and had family over swimming and hang out there was no complaints and staff was great and helpful my family and I had a great time will definitely stay again.. !!!!pool was perfect temperature l!!!! Thank you others are very cold can’t swim. "
